it believed would be detrimental to its members and the industry. It will
continue to fight to enhance the industry and preserve the livelihoods
of its members. The NMTF also negotiates at local level with market operators,
and in the case of a dispute is ready to step in to argue the case. The
federation is also active in Europe, making positive attempts to influence
EU legislation before it becomes law.
